CEO, Brian Tidwell
President and founder of Stand-Up Management Inc. He was born and raised on the east side of Cleveland, Ohio. After spending 10+ years in restaurant management, Brian hit a ceiling and looked for more opportunity. In 2015 he made a career change to an Entry Level sales and marketing firm. In his first two years having zero sales experience, he became one of the top sales reps in the country. His ability to be a sponge allowed him to learn everything he needed to learn to open his own firm in 2017. Since then, Stand Up Management has given opportunity to hundreds of employees. Brian Tidwell main goal in life is to have a positive impact on everybody he crosses paths with. Brian is also a Stand-Up Comedian, performing for varies clubs and colleges all over the world. His inspiration comes from his 2 children and his family.
Erica Komorowski
Erica is a Pittsburgh native who moved to Cleveland in 2019 looking for a change of scenery. She graduated from Thiel College in Greenville, PA in 2018 with a Bachelor's degree in Communications. In Erica’s free time she loves hanging out with her boyfriend and her 3 cats and dog. You can catch her on the weekends listening to a Beatles vinyl or hanging out with her family back in Pittsburgh. Erica has been with our company since moving to Cleveland and loves the new opportunities Stand Up Management has given her and the new people she’s met in the process.
Kayla Muskal
Kayla was born and raised in Cleveland Ohio. In her free time She enjoys listening to music, hanging out with her husband and her dog Lola. Kayla has been with our company since 2021 and loves the people she works with and all the opportunities that Stand Up Management has to offer.
Domi Sheeler
Domi is a Cleveland raised girl from Twinsburg, Ohio. In Domi’s free time she loves to shop ,hang out with friends and family, go to Cleveland sports games and over all socializing with people. She has been with Stand Up Management for over a year now. She loves socializing with all the new starts, interviews, and leaders with the company. I am very grateful to work for such an amazing company and look forward to seeing where all of the amazing opportunities take me!
